• Usage Data: We may collect basic analytics such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the Service.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device type for compatibility and performance optimization.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service: Processing your audio/video files through our AI noise reduction engine.

3. Data Processing & Third-Party Services

Your uploaded files are processed using the following infrastructure:

• Supabase: Provides database storage, user authentication, and file storage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• RunPod: Our AI processing engine runs on RunPod's GPU infrastructure. Files are transmitted securely for processing and are not retained by RunPod after processing is complete.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

24-Hour Auto-Deletion Policy

All uploaded and processed audio/video files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. This includes:

• Original uploaded files
• Processed/enhanced files
• Preview audio clips

Account Data

Your account information (email, preferences) is retained as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. No AI Training

We strictly do not use your uploaded content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning models. Your files are processed solely to deliver the noise reduction service and are deleted afterward.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transfers use TLS/SSL encryption.
• Secure Processing: Files are processed in isolated, sandboxed environments.
• Access Controls: Strict access controls limit who can access infrastructure and data.
• Automatic Purging: The 24-hour deletion policy minimizes the window of data exposure.
